I live down the street and the house belongs to my brother, so I'm very interested in taking good care of the home! This 4/2 house is available starting August 1st. The home comes with a washer and dryer, refrigerator, oven/stove and dishwasher. The house has two living areas (one upstairs and one downstairs) four bedrooms, two bathrooms, an updated kitchen, a shaded front porch, an amazingly beautiful shaded balcony in the back and a huge backyard. There's plenty of storage space in the home. You won't have to mow and manage the yard care. We'll take care of that! We also arrange for a monthly cleaning service. The house is an easy 1.2 mile bike, walk or bus ride to the University of Texas. The neighborhood is full of fun restaurants and cafes too. Two major grocery stores are within walking/biking distance as are two major bus lines, three shopping centers and much more. You'll live in an excellent location in central Austin. We're ideally looking for renters who are clean, responsible, friendly, and who will respect both the home and the nice neighbors. Dogs and cats are welcome but each pet requires a non-refundable pet fee of $500 an additional rent of $50/month. No smoking in the home, please. References available.
